Every effort is made to ensure that appliances reach the destination safely. You as the customer however assume responsibility for having appliances properly serviced, both at origin and destination. It is best to have a service technician prepare appliances for moving at least one day before they are loaded on the truck.
Yes, we can unpack your cartons for you. However, please keep in mind that in most cases there won't be enough time to unpack on moving day completely and you might need to schedule a additional day for unpacking only.
The answer is YES! Your piano will be disassembled by our knowledgeable crew for a safe transport. Every part will be blanket wrapped inside your home before loading the truck and won't be unwrapped until arriving at destination.
